Processing & Shipping Times 


  • Hair Care Products & Accessories: Ship within 3–10 business days. Please allow up to 2 additional days for us to process and approve your order.
  • Ship within 3–10 business days.
  • Customized Wigs: Ship within 10–30 business days (never beyond 30).
  • All customized wigs are made in the order received. If you have an event, please order early. We do not rush or move orders ahead of others.



How to Know if You Ordered a Customized or Uncustomized Wig


  • Customized Wig: If the wig is shown styled, cut, colored, or labeled “comes as pictured,” it is a customized unit. These take 10–30 business days.
  • Uncustomized Wig: If the wig is labeled uncustomized, it will come in its natural state and ship within 3–10 business days. You or your stylist will need to pluck, color, curl, or style it.



Order Updates: What to Expect

We already have your email/phone from checkout and will send you updates automatically:


  1. Pre-shipment Notification – Your order is complete and waiting for the carrier to pick it up.
  2. Carrier Notification – Once picked up, you’ll receive a second update directly from the carrier with an estimated delivery date and time.



Please do not contact us for updates if your order is still within the stated timeframe. Only reach out if tracking shows “pre-shipment” for more than 14 days.


Signature Requirement


  • By default, all packages require a signature at delivery. This prevents your order from being left unattended.
  • If you do not want signature confirmation, please add this request in your checkout notes. We will remove it for your order.



Other Important Notes


  • Please allow for possible delays due to customs or tariffs. Your tracking link will always provide the most accurate updates.

 

Wig orders come with $100 insurance, we encourage you to add additional insurance in the event your package is mishandled with USPS. You can leave your insurance request in your check out box and we will contact you before we ship your item with the insurance pricing.

 

IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN MISDELIVERED OR LOST- PLEASE PUT IN A CLAIM WITH USPS/UPS. WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES WITHOUT A CLAIM NUMBER.

 

Hair Fetish is Not responsible for stolen or mishandled packages.

 

 

Store pick ups

All order placed online have to be shipped. We have to provide tracking information to prove that you receive your items in the event something was to happened. 

LATE | DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Hair Fetish will not be responsible for late or delayed shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, and/or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, observed holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.


FAILED DELIVERY | REFUSED SHIPMENTS | INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping information before you submit your order for processing. You must give us the most accurate and complete information possible. Incomplete or incorrect address information is THE major cause of shipment delays. Make sure you have included all of the required information (zip code, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide..

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
