BACKGROUND: 

The purpose of the V-Steam is to aid as an internal cleanser of the membranes of the vaginal tissues and the uterus. This is considered especially important for stagnant fertility conditions, and/or incomplete emptying of menses each cycle. V-Steams may also provide menstrual support, eliminate yeast infections and other vaginal bacteria, increase cervical fluids, relax vaginal canal and cervix, nourish and tone the uterine lining, prevent and ease bladder and kidney stones and more.
 

What is Yoni (Vaginal Steaming)? 

It is a like a facial for your vagina or prostate. A practice in which a woman allows the warmth of herbal steam to penetrate the exterior of her vagina. It is used to heal and detox the uterus or used to cleanse the prostate or anus.

How Often should you steam?

It is recommended depending on your Feminine Wellness Goals That you steam 2 times a month for optimal results, once before your cycle and once after. A Minimal Of 2 times a month.

It is recommenced that you steam 4 times a month if treating specific issues.

How long should you steam?

Depending on your Feminine Wellness Needs 20 to 35 Mins is recommended. 

How do you sterilize the seat?

We clean the stool with an organic cleaner, disinfectants, we use clean sanitary towels and gowns after each service and as well in front of each client before their service begins.
