GENERALLY, ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED 3-9 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. If you are getting a unit customized it can take longer due to units being customized in the order which is placed.
Please allow up to 2 days for Hair Fetish to process and approve your order for shipping. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagement, we strongly recommend that you place your order 2-3 weeks in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner, USPS.
LATE | DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Hair Fetish will not be responsible for late or delayed shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, and/or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, observed holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
FAILED DELIVERY | REFUSED SHIPMENTS | INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping information before you submit your order for processing. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. Incomplete or incorrect address information is THE major cause of shipment delays. Make sure you have included all of the required information (zip code, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide.
