Shipping Info

 

 

Generally, we ship all orders within 3-10 days after you place your order. Please allow up to 2 additional days for us to process and approve your order before shipping.

Please note that if you order a customized wig, it may take longer to ship. This is because we create the wig specifically for you after you place your order.

Order updates: 

We have your contact information and will send you updates via email or text, depending on how you checked out. Please refrain from contacting us for updates if your order is still within the shipping policy timeframe. We take pride in providing you with high-quality products and want to ensure that we don't feel rushed during the process.

 

Wig orders come with $100 insurance, we encourage you to add additional insurance in the event your package is mishandled with USPS. You can leave your insurance request in your check out box and we will contact you before we ship your item with the insurance pricing.

 

IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN MISDELIVERED OR LOST- PLEASE PUT IN A CLAIM WITH USPS/UPS. WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES WITHOUT A CLAIM NUMBER.

 

Hair Fetish is Not responsible for stolen or mishandled packages.

 

 

Store pick ups

All order placed online have to be shipped. We have to provide tracking information to prove that you receive your items in the event something was to happened. 

LATE | DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Hair Fetish will not be responsible for late or delayed shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, and/or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, observed holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.


FAILED DELIVERY | REFUSED SHIPMENTS | INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping information before you submit your order for processing. You must give us the most accurate and complete information possible. Incomplete or incorrect address information is THE major cause of shipment delays. Make sure you have included all of the required information (zip code, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide..

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
